This seems to break a bunch of project guidelines.
Possibly,
Quote
Projects using Kickstarter simply to sell existing inventory
Certainly,
Quote
Rewards in bulk quantities (more than ten of an item)
Especially,
Quote
Rewards not directly produced by the project or its creator (no offering things from the garage, repackaged existing products, weekends at the resort, etc)
There are other crowdfunding alternatives for just getting enough people to make a bulk purchase, which is what this is.

How do I report him to get this shut down?

Screw you guys... I need mah baggies. Need to organize my analog games!
Anywhoo, it's my understanding that the dude is actually having the bags made for this project - so it's not /technicallly/ repacking an existing product. He's just picked the colors, the sizes and the material.
Considering this was a "featured" project on Kickstarter, I have to assume they're okay with it. And so am I.

Why do they need to be coloured? Instead of individually coloured bags, why not just make them translucent? Better still, why not just open the bag and look inside?

Pretty sure clear bags would be just as effective.

Someone invent clear bags and put them on kickstarter!

Clear baggies would work, but wouldn't be as cool.
Some folks on here aren't hard-core gamers, I see.

Name three games where this would enrich your experience.

Clear baggies with colored stickers can work too.
I'm cheap so I use generic zip lock bags for my Settlers of Catan board game and small tupperware containers for my Risk 2210 game. Everything else is I own is still fine in the packaging it came in.
