Title: Mutant Mudds' Free DLC Coming to North America Ocober 25, Europe October 18

Mutant Mudds' free content update, featuring 20 new levels, will go live on October 25 in North America, and October 18 in Europe, according to Renegade Kid's Jools Watsham. The new levels put the player in control of Grannie, the grandmother of the game's protagonist.

The new stages are all aesthetically based on the Color Graphics Adaptor, IBM's first color graphics card. Grannie can wield all three power-ups earned in the game, and must wield them well if she hopes to find the hidden CGA-Land doors (akin to the V and G-Land doors from the original game).

If players manage to beat all twenty levels, a small bonus will be obtained.

Mutant Mudds is available on the 3DS eShop for $8.99 in North America and for €9.00 in Europe.

Awesome. Mutant Mudds was a great title. I really appreciate this trend on 3DS of releasing free DLC. Thanks for being awesome Wayforward and Renegade Kid!

I unlocked Grannie at the end of Mutant Mudds only to realise that I had already completed and collected everything in the game, so there was literally no reason to use her. I hope the bonus for beating these 20 levels isn't as redundant.

I really hated the game at first but I didn't give up and got really addicted and enjoyed the game. I was very disappointed when I couldn't combine the powers and these levels seem like answer to that, I hope the level design is tough but not as cheap .  I hate shoots from off screen!! :@ :@

I just now finished my third complete playthrough of this magnificent game. I can't wait for Thursday.
