South Park has gotten really lame over the last few years. The gross-out humor has been toned down (the jokes are sometimes tamer than an episode of Family Guy, and that show has a lower rating of "TV-14"). So what warrants South Park's "TV-Mature" rating?
So let's remind him of all the reasons South Park deserves earned it's TV-M rating
Nickmitch, why don't you go ahead and start it off;
The episode where everyone was literally shitting out of their mouths.
That episode is even funnier and bad when you watch the lame syndicated TV-14 version (where they cut out those scenes and just have a black card saying that the character is pooping with their mouth).

Okay, who is the best character? Has to be either Cartman, Butters, or Stan's Dad Randy?

Though Butters didn't know what it was, his dad just say it was his special cream. I find it funny that all those adults drank the stuff too and it was only Stan's dad who realized it was cum.

Kenny dies. A lot. And in violent, horrible ways.
Prior to the recent butters semen episode, there was en episode where Ms. Chokesondick dies, and the kids decide to mix semen and sea people to make a sea city. Cartman when trying to convince the clinic he's a professional taste-tests the semen and claims it's good quality. Prior to that, a guy in a back alley lets him "suck on a hose" for some.
Mr. Garrison becomes Ms. Garrison, then wants a sex change operation back, but Kyle uses his balls to create fake kneecaps when he gets a negroplasty to become a black basketball player, which burst when he tries to use them in a game. (Also, Kyle's dad gets plastic surgery to become a dolphin).
Episode where Stan's dad goes on Wheel of Fortune and guesses the N***** word when the answer was "Naggers", and the episode continues to use the word over and over throughout the remainder.
Episode where Stan's dad goes for the world record of largest $hit.
That's just off the top of my head. Tendoboy didn't think before making that comment.

The episode where all the kids got high by having cats piss in their faces.
