Title: Metal Mario Now Available as Mario Tennis Open QR Code Unlock in North America

The first non-Yoshi unlockable QR character is now available.

Metal Mario is now available for unlock via QR code in North American copies of Mario Tennis Open.

To unlock the costume, press up on the D-pad and the Start button at the same time while on the Profile Select screen. Then, take a picture of the QR code on this page and the costume will unlock in every existing profile.

But I'm sure the question on everyone's minds is when will Dark Matter Birdo be available?

The more characters the better for this game. Got it last week and really enjoying it so far!

There should be an NWR night for it eventually (and I should actually show up this time around instead of forgetting like this week for MK7!)

i am pondering this game(ive never owned mario tennis.)
i notice that all the QR chars are pallete swaps though(aethstetically that is)
