Furthermore, ZombiU's transformation from Killer Freaks occurred when Ubisoft saw the specifics of the Wii U GamePad, and thought a zombie survival game would be more fun with the controls and inputs. The name comes from Ubisoft's first-ever game, which was called Zombi.
