Get fit all over again on the Wii U

Nintendo has announced a new version of their popular fitness game series with Wii Fit U.

Some of the new features other than brand new exercises and mini games, include using the balance board in conjunction with the TV and the screen on the Wii U GamePad, selecting your activities using the GamePad, and using the GamePad without turning the TV on allowing you to check your progress and personal stats.

Not surprising they would do this, though I am a little surprised to see it announced before a new Wii Sports entry. I don't think my Wii Balance Board works anymore though.
