Title: Circle Pad Pro won't connect

Hey folks. Since I got my 3DS back from repairs, my CCP has been acting funny. When I try to start up MGS3DS, it says it's not connected (even though it clearly is) and I go into the options menu and enable it, but then it says it's still not connected. Is this happening to anybody else?

I had the same problem arise (but only in MGS3D). I replaced the battery, and it seemed to work fine. Though that doesn't make any sense to me because the battery should last for a long time.
