Anyone who's born on Leap Day has one birthday for one year every four years. So they won't be able to drink or gamble legally until they're 84 or so.

It's too bad we can't just literally Leap over this year. That way they Mayan apocalypse won't have to happen, and then the WiiU would already be out so we wouldn't have to keep on waiting.
