Katawa Shoujo is the tale of Hisao Nakai, a high school senior who suffers a disastrous illness and is sent away to a private boarding school for the disabled. To his amazement, all the crippled girls desperately crave his dick and find ways to degrade themselves before him--despite his doctor's orders that even one orgasm will burst his heart, killing him instantly.  Just as he adjusts to his new world, a rival school challenges Yamaku to a breakdancing showdown and his teacher unlocks a mysterious power in Hisao's tennis sneakers. Can he win the competition, find true love and heal his heart?
