Title: Starcraft: Ghost? For GCN?

Im getting the impression that StarCraft Ghost is like what MS did with Splinter Cell, pay some exclusive rights to get it out first for their system. I dont see it at all on Nintendo's website, even on their third party list for the GCN upcoming software. can anyone shed some light on this for me?
I see that IGN has across the board Ghost coverage, but I am suspicious about another MS temporary exclusive.

It's coming out on all systems at the same time. IGNcube and IGNPS2 just put up impressions from E3.
