The difference is that Pikmin 2 is a game that people should actually play. Crimm's one man radio play about Disaster is far more entertaining than playing the game is.

Yeah, no one would play it... and after the first one and the two Hotel Dusk games, it was a huge disappointment...

While I strongly disagree with the first part (implying people SHOULDN'T play Disaster) I do agree with the second.

I never approved of the New Play Control series, anyway.
It just gave people a second chance to play awesome games that they didn't deserve. If you ignored Pikmin 2 the first time around, you're not a gamer.
