I know I've done it within the past hour, because I just tried to smite him again, but got the hour warning. I was sad.

Is there a log of who smites who somewhere in the admin panel? I think it would be comedy gold to catch someone boosting themselves with a parachute account

I remember the golden era before score was reintroduced that was before Chozo Ghost's golden era, where I had the most points, then had the least points, and banned people and all that.

I doubt it. And it isn't like S-U-P-E-R's score is outrageously high, either. I think the important thing to take out of all of this is that I just smited Chozo Ghost.

I didn't ask for my smites to be removed, so I don't know who did it or why. I just want the whole thing to be scraped for everyone, not just for myself. The only thing the smiting system serves is a tool for cyber bullying, and I personally don't think cyber bullying is ever a good thing.
I tried to kill myself once after being cyberbulled on the internet but I couldn't get the cap off the Tylenol

I don't think smiting has anything to do with cyber-bullying. I do smite people I see who whine a lot, though. I think the general forum members should understand those smitten often display consistent patterns of ignorance and/or just cannot handle posting an opinion in a well-thought out, well stated way.
I think smiting, in most cases on NWR, has been consistent with this. Yes, some members do fit into niches, and admittedly, there are cliques that are more likely to applaud each other regularly, but it isn't bullying.
If I smite someone, it's because this person, in essence, is acting childish or has recently acted childish. That is why I've made this thread. Not to bully, but to expose that there's a reason behind why someone would be smited, but that those who complain about smites often have too narrow a mindset to realize this.

thatguy - you're doing it wrong. You have nearly 400 smites. Obviously that means you're oppressed, no one likes you and you should go hang yourself in your garage with your car running.

I could have probably done it back when I buddied myself. I still have no idea how I did that, and a few others haven't been able to duplicate my success. I imagine smiting or applauding one's self would take a similar trick to whatever I did then.
