Title: Nintendo Live Streaming Upcoming 3DS Conference

You don't have to be in Japan to see Nintendo's 3DS Conference.

Nintendo is going to stream their upcoming conference live from Japan online. The conference, which is going to be held at Tokyo Big Site, will begin streaming on September 13 via Ustream and Nico Nico Live broadcast starting at 12 noon (Japan Standard Time, 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time). The conference will focus on upcoming new 3DS related products. 

Be sure to check out the conference webpage on the day for details on how to view it online.

Their own page, NicoNico, and Ustream. Such coverage! NicoNico, from last I used it, requires an account to view videos. It shouldn't be too hard to get.
