Title: Star Fox 64 3D Dubbed in Many Languages

Fox and crew become language scholars.

One of the key components of Star Fox 64's fame is its voiced dialog. Not only has the dialog been redubbed in English and Japanese, new dubs featuring French (Canadian and European), Spanish (Latin American and European), German, and Italian voice actors are part of the upcoming Star Fox 64 3D remake. The game is also receiving text translations into those languages. Watch and listen to the various video clips below to hear what team Star Fox and their antagonists sound like across the world.

WOW!


We have come a long way since the 80s and 90s. Even though we got the North American releases of various games, if you didn't know English then playing them would be hard, especially text heavy games like RPGs.


Now the games are pretty much dubbed in every major language


Plus hearing Fox and crew spout familiar phrases in Spanish was hilarious!

My vote goes for the Japanese Slippy being the most annoying!

I hope they allow you to mix and match the subtitles and language.   I wouldn't mind playing with German speaking and English text.  My German is basic and I'm sure there are a lot of uncommon words used in a game like this.

sheer laziness on Nintendo's part is why I have zero interest in their games, as of late.

Is there a list somewhere of what voice actors are the same as the original?


From what I hear, Fox, Wolf and Katt are the same. The rest of them sound like they very well could be the same people, just with different readings of the lines.


Speaking of lines, Peppy's "Get this guy off mah tail!" really bothers me...

Ah, Starfox...gloriously cheesy, regardless of the language in which it's voice track is dubbed.  I love it!
