These gameplay videos show the new games and multiplayer mode.

Nintendo recently posted a set of new videos showing off some of the new games in Rhythm Heaven Wii on the Japanese website. Several new mini-games were put up, as well as one that showed the brand new multiplayer mode and what sounds like the start of an excellent soundtrack.

Off-the-wall crazy... just the way I like it.
Do we have any indication of whether the multiplayer mode uses its own set of games?

This looks really fun! Even reminds me of BIT.TRIP a bit.
