I think it was in gc master quet but is a great fary fountan that let you shoot lazer beams out of your sword like the first game

Actually, technically no such location exists. It was in a beta release of the N64DD Ura Zelda, but was not included in any final release. So I doubt it was included in the 3DS release.

I have been checking online, including Zelda Wiki, and can't find any mention of it being included in any released Zelda product (N64, GCN, 3DS, etc.), only that it was in the beta version. I would have liked to see it released eventually though.
