Have they ever localized Radical Dreamers in any form?
If I remember Clan of the Gray Wolf's video on it correctly, I think Radical Dreamers was a Satellaview project and has never seen an official release otherwise. Besides, what little of Radical Dreamers has been released was just adapted and incorporated into Chrono Cross (including some of the music).
And while Chrono Cross was actually a decent game, the less said about the very poor ties to Chrono Trigger and the things that game does to the Chrono Trigger characters, the better. It's best to look at Chrono Cross as its own unique experience separate from Trigger.

**** yes. Take all the improvements to the Civ series since the first one, which came out before Civ III, and expand on the stuff that only makes sense in the Alpha Centauri premise. That'd have real potential to be the best game ever.
