Does anyone know what it takes to get platium trophies

From what I've read on various FAQ sites a lot of ppl don't really know what the prequisites are... however, I have gotten a couple of platinum trophies. One area that I KNOW you can get platinum trophies in right off the tope of my head are the novice missions where you unlock the Virus Mode. Those three stages you can get platinum trophies in my lasting 3 minutes on the dot! Once you memorize the stages it is quite easy to get.

normally its about 1/2 the time of gold or Twice as much score as gold gamefaqs.com has the list

There are 9 plats that you van get from my experience as I have 100% I will look up on which levels i have Plats for an post them tommorow for you.

I've gotten more than 9 plat trophies, or at least I'm sure I do have more than that. gamefaqs.com doesn't list all the plat trophy requirements -- I went there to find out how to get the 10 characters that I haven't unlocked yet.

oops 5 actually, Bad ass bus pass impasse 1.13.7 Where do the batteries go? 4.19.5 Chinese burns 1.27.7 R109 beta 44 kills Can't handle this 1.56.1 40 kills
To get all the charaters I just went and completed single on hard then got atleast gold on the arcade and challenges. The only thing I am missing is one of the 80's style game. Anyway oldman, if he wanted to go to gamefqas.com, he would not have asked, that or he's new.
