I stumbled upon this on accident and thought I'd share. Its a parody of "The Creation of Adam" by Michaelangelo. It is almost NSFW, but thankfully there is a leaf covering up Mario's Wii. :cool;

Probably kinda what BnM said, but also if you look closely at the original "creation of adam" painting by Michaelangelo there is an angel or whatever below God in that same position. The detail of this parody and how it matches with the original is pretty amazing.
I would post the original painting but its NSFW because of Adam's Wii. Just look it up on google if you're interested in seeing how things match up.
