Title: EB trade ins
Post by: KnowsNothing on May 04, 2003, 04:20:34 AM
i want a GBASP.  but apparently EB's great offer ended and a GBA trade in is only $25.  so i was wondering if i could sell some other Game Boys to make up for it.  could anybody tell me how much a GBC is going for.  i thought it was $15, which would exactly make up for the missed offer.

yeah when i traded in the gbc it went for about 15 bucks
but i am not sure now- i mean gba trades in for 25 only now
i would expect it to trade in for about 5 or 10 bucks

They may not.  However, you can order a replacement for a dollar from Nintendo's store.  I don't know if you would consider it worth it or not though.

yeah i dont think they will take it because it is missing the cover
you could order a replacement- it may be worth it if it doesnt cost too much for it
you should call your eb and ask if they would take it

I would recommend selling it on eBay. You'll get a more than trade-in at any store. It's more of a hassle, but you get a better price.
You also have to be old enough to sell on eBay, so that may exclude some people.
