Title: Graphical glitch on forum index?

I assumed it was just because I had partial mod-powers so when I wasn't in the mafia boards the 'moderate' button disappeared, but it is still missing. Looking closer I realize that it is actually the button for 'buddy page'. It appears from time to time but other times it is missing. And when it is missing a refresh doesn't bring it back.

This same thing happens to me all the time, actually. That and the "Intigrate with FaceBook" buttons never display properly.
