Title: Nintendo Announces Mario Sports Mix for Wii

Mario is back on the sports scene.

 Nintendo has announced Mario Sports Mix for Wii at their E3 2010 Press Conference.    

The game features lots of Mario-themed sporting events, such as Basketball, Dodgeball, Ice Hockey, and Volleyball.    

Mario Sports Mix is set for release next year.

This was more what I wanted from Mario sports games, like six or seven years ago.  After all the individual games and the cookie-cutter "sequels" to those individual games I'm just completely apathetic, or even hostile, towards any of this stuff.  Filler title.

Since most Mario games are developed by Japanese companies, I doubt we'll see that.

Mop it up, Nintendo has already made a football game for Wii (based on the Eyeshield 21 manga).

Where is the damn Mario football game? They have done every major sport except football.
