The game, announced in 2006, was to be a black and white survival-horror game from Polish developer Nibris. The blog that Reikowski contacted states plainly that the project was abandoned, but no official cancellation from Nibris has ever been released. In February 2008, footage of the game appeared to surface, but was shortly pulled. In February 2010 the games website vanished, fueling speculation that the plug was officially pulled at that time.
The released tracks were meant to echo the styles of Silent Hill composer Akira Yamaoki and Siren:Blood Curse composer Hitomi Shimizu, while still containing elements that were unique to Sadness. The music can be downloaded from the Polish blog where the tracks were leaked.
I thought that maybe this was a get rich quick scheme a la 'The Producers'. Guys create a 'concept', show it off to investors, get money from investors interested in cashing in on the Wii phenomenon, guys run off with cash.
