That depends. Are these girls casual gamers, or casual non-gamers? It's a very important distinction to make.
 
If they're casual gamers, then they're art. Barely. If they're non-gamers who non-game casually, then, no.

Better question are I SO HARDCORE guy games art? Well I could dunk a baseball in a bottle filled with sewage, and some would consider that art.

Big Rigs is considered art.  It is the most supreme, masterful, and total show of trolling.
