Title: Electroplankton DSiWare
Post by: TJ Spyke on May 03, 2010, 10:05:12 PM
I just got a DSi and bought 2000 Nintendo points. I was thinking about some of the Electroplankton games (they are 200 points each), but I was wondering if anybody here as played some of them and could suggest whether they are worth getting (if any). I already know that they are more of a software app than games.

I have Electroplankton.  I remember it being really fun, but you're right, it isn't a game. It's mor like a really amusing toy.  It's very calming, if life is stressing you, I guess.

I don't have my copy handy, so I can't recomend specidic ones, but they are good in general.

I would think you're going to lose much of the charm of the package if you just buy just one or two of the individual games.  Any one game on its own is going to be disappointing.  You need to experience the entire package in order to "get" what it's about.

Then again, it'd be a shame to waste $20 on something you don't like if you could have figured it out after only spending $4.
