Title: Day 1: PONG Mafia XXXVIII

I had a request to start the day early, and I couldn't think of any reason why not, so here you go.
Voting begins NOW and ends tomorrow (Tuesday) night at 11 PM CST.
Remember that I am going to be accepting night actions during the night. If that won't work for you, let me know ahead of time and I'll consider taking exceptions on a case by case basis.

So every action is a night action, right?
Beyond that, a little bit of perusal of the rules revealed that this is one of those tricky games (Almost like mine, last time!), where the investigator can't necessarily rely on his investigations.
Since that's the case, I'd say roles probably shouldn't publically reveal themselves: A mafia member could claim to have said role, and in the end, the only way to learn who was who is to vote out on of the players, and we'd have a 50/50 chance of getting that right.
That said, if one player with a role were to do a public reveal, the best option would be the "Orange Paddle." Upon this, the doctor could protect him each night, and players would be insane to lead a vote against him. Still, the matter remains that very easily, a mafia member could also claim he or she has the ability, and in the end, the real "Orange Paddle" would only be known to the mafia, while players would risk their own lives determining who to vote away. Still, had there been no "Clear Paddle," this would be an awesome unifying role. So, I'd say as soon as "Elusive Lucy" is lynched, this player could come forward. Any time before that, though, could just get a couple extra townies in trouble...
...Unless the Orange Paddle and a townie to lead a vote against the possible mafia member feel brave enough to throw their lives away to find a mafia member, that is. Anyone sign up that didn't want to play?
In the mean time, I'm gonna un-vote stevey for standard reasons, as a placeholder vote: He doesn't work well with others, and plays only for his own victory, which isn't cool by my standards. This'll probably change later in the day, as I find someone better to go after.
Edit: As per UncleBob's request, I tossed in Drew_MG's list of players into his post. Drew_MG, if you'd prefer I didn't do that, then just let me know, and I'll stay out of the game in any regard like that. Otherwise, I can help make sure topics are locked at the right time, and such.

Night actions take place between 11 PM CST and 7 AM CST, starting after Day 1 has ended tomorrow at 11 PM CST. No night actions tonight, because Day 1 doesn't OFFICIALLY start until tomorrow morning.

As a sign of respect towards stevey's drastic change in ways, I undid my vote for him.
At this point, because Mop_it_up insists on killing Stratos in every game I've played with both of them in, I'm going to vote her out.

Yeah, that does lead to some serious moral dilemmas down the road. I feel sorry for any poor bloke who has that happen to them. I can't quite put my finger on it, but I feel I could relate to someone getting voted on all the time in that situation... ;)

Thanks for the vote of confidence. But I've realized that a vote for Dasmos is not a vote I want to make. To vote out Dasmos is wrong. He is the best player and for me to vote him out just makes it look like I'm jealous or desperate to be the best player. I'm not. I just figured it would be wise to toss him since he can't win the prize. But I'd rather let Dasmos do his own thing than make it look like an egotistical vote.
I am however, disappointed with Stevey. I thought there might have been a chance to come to a truce with him after last game where he finally got a good victory against me and I even helped campaign to get him the win. Sadly, stevey seems incapable of moving on. Still accusing me of being mafia and voting for me. That's sad man.
However, the one person I do want to vote is DAaaMan64. For some reason, he's seems to be intent on attacking me and my play constantly the past few games. I don't know why he felt the need to further make a comment this game since he got the win last game despite my mistakes. My fragile ego just can't handle these constant attacks. Plus, he just won so screw him.

Edit: Regardless, Dasmos is awesome, and he saw something no one else did earlier: Pale. The guy comes in, asks how many days he can go without voting, and then just leaves. Unless I get something "real" (Read: The Mop_it_up trap thing didn't work out,) I'm going to go with Pale for now.

To me, it means he hasn't any intention on playing very much at all. We tried to see if Mop_it_up was up to something, and that didn't work, we being the people voting for Stratos out of nowhere.
Beyond that, there was a vote for Dasmos because before this game even started, he said he was the best player.
Also, I voted for stevey based on his prior performance, and when he demonstrated he'd change it, I changed my vote, as well. Also voted for Mop_it_up for voting for Stratos before our little Stratos vote thing.
Today we haven't figured out anything, as far as I know. Sometimes we do and find a lot, sometimes we try, and learn little, in terms of who to vote out, but I'd say this: Mop_it_up doesn't want Stratos to just die, and Pale likely doesn't actually care about this game.
Hence, between the two of them, I went with Pale. Got any better ideas, Sherlock? What have you tried today?

Note that Stevey cast two votes, the first for thatguy and the second for Khush. Only the vote for thatguy was counted. In the future, make sure you strikethrough any votes you don't mean to count. Luckily tonight it didn't really affect the outcome of the vote.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. But I've realized that a vote for Dasmos is not a vote I want to make. To vote out Dasmos is wrong. He is the best player and for me to vote him out just makes it look like I'm jealous or desperate to be the best player. I'm not. I just figured it would be wise to toss him since he can't win the prize. But I'd rather let Dasmos do his own thing than make it look like an egotistical vote.
I am however, disappointed with Stevey. I thought there might have been a chance to come to a truce with him after last game where he finally got a good victory against me and I even helped campaign to get him the win. Sadly, stevey seems incapable of moving on. Still accusing me of being mafia and voting for me. That's sad man.
However, the one person I do want to vote is DAaaMan64. For some reason, he's seems to be intent on attacking me and my play constantly the past few games. I don't know why he felt the need to further make a comment this game since he got the win last game despite my mistakes. My fragile ego just can't handle these constant attacks. Plus, he just won so screw him.

Maxi too quiet and KhushxThatguy are acting too cocky in trying to find mafia members.
If there is one thing that is getting old, it is your "predictions" of who the mafia is. When this game is over and you are proven wrong for the umpteenth time, I am going to bring this up over and over again, to shame you over your bad instincts. Moreover, if I am still alive in this game and you howl at me being mafia again, I am going to take you down and it is not going to be pleasant. It may shock you to know that other people play this game besides myself and they are just as good at deceiving you and using you as I can be. You might want to watch out for one of them sometime.
