Title: Gamelion and SkyZone Bring Extreme Hangman to DSiWare

The popular cellphone game will be released on DSiWare.

 In a recent interview with NWR, Gamelion confirmed that they are planning to create and release DSiWare titles in the future. Gamelion has announced that it is partnering with SkyZone entertainment in order to bring Extreme Hangman to DSiWare.    

Extreme Hangman is similar to  the classic Hangman game. In the DsiWare rendition, you save the hangman from being hanged or erased by guessing the word. The game features seven different settings with different animations, 2000 words from different categories, and three different difficulty settings.    

Gamelion will publish the title on DSiWare later this year.

Because these days even the most mundane things can be marketed as "extreme"...

As a person in the business of EXTREME I can say with authority that hangman is not extreme unless it involves live people and real rope.

    I curious how the death animations look. Maybe they will rated it M for mature and go the full monty.

kidding aside this is a nice idea for DSi games. Something simple and basic. Ideally this should cost $2

"Extreme Hangman"?  Now I've heard everything.  Actually, when you think about it Hangman's a pretty extreme game as it is.  When you get a letter wrong, a human bodypart is hung in a gallows with the end result being that you have a doodled human corpse hanging quite dead at the end of the game if you fail.  Hell, if you really look at it it's a pretty graphic game if you win as well.  "Hey, you're free!  Oh, you're just a disembodied head... :o ).To get much more "extreme" than that you'd need Rockstar to make it.
