No. He is a philoso-raptor. Much smarter than measly rescue-raptors.
Philoso-raptors have superior problem solving skills and reading comprehension than the Jurassic Park variety. They prefer to use intellectual attacks to throw their prey into a state of confusion until the prey is buckled in awe at their displays of knowledge and Latin phrases. ;)
