I did notice you were one of the only karts there. You were faring well for the first half, but that second group of races didn't treat you very well.
@Mop it up I Believe I read all of that post. I'll go over it again, just in case. I saw you were online when I hopped off for a bit. I'll be back on in a second.

After GK left I decided to take a break to chack here, make some tea and see if I needed to add anyone elses codes. Turns out I already have Vudu's from the last MK Wi-Fi night.
I don't have any IM stuff to my knowedge on this computer. It's not mine, so could you IM him, Maxi?

Yeah I'm still there, but I was disconnected when I loaded up my Internet browser and then the browser froze. Everything was working fine last night but today it seems the two do not want to work simultaneously...

I should probably grab some dinner before I go back anyway.
I was lagging really badly there for some reason... I tried using my Internet browser during the game again and this time my whole computer froze up and I had to restart it. But I don't know why that would have caused serious lag... weird, but annoying either way.

I think I already have you in my FC list, but I'll double check when I go back on.
Also, I'm going to make this my official 'Mario Kart now!' thread. I'll change the date and stuff in the thread title for the next day we do a gathering or something spawns from the Mario Kart discussion thread.
If I find we are doing this frequently enough with enough people I'll even change the OP to add all of our FCs for newcomer convenience. Never know when someone else wants to join in the throng.

It's funny cuz up until a month ago I used the Standard Bike exclusively. Then in preparation for E3, I switched over to karts, then it immediately hit me: "OMG, the kart enables me to perform decently (and not by luck/chance alone); this is what it's like to FEEL THE ROAD!"
Really, with the Standard Bike I was sliding everywhere, hitting walls, didn't seem very fast, getting tapped by others would bring me to a halt -- i thought that was normal. Turns out I'm meant to use a TANK.

When I turned on the game it said that Birdo was unlocked. So I felt that riding with him was in order for a few races. :)
I left to find some food. I'm hungry. But there's either nothing worth making or nothing near me that I can motivate myself to go get to eat.
I want Arby's but the nearest one from here would take me about an hour round trip and I don't want to drve that far today.

You just now unlocked Birdo? You're making it difficult for me to like you today. All you have to do to unlock him is either play Time Trials on 16 courses or get 250 wins ion Wi-Fi. I'm guessing you did the latter?

That was lots of fun.
Big drivers have lots of perks. Awesome top speed, ability to withstand bumps except from other heavys.
That Ballon battle was great. Gigantic Boo was everywhere.

I went to get a frozen pizza and ate enough to feel sick. So I never ended up getting back on. I had left my Wii running and forgot about it so that's why I was pepetually connecting.
If your up for some more, I might be up for it after work tonight, though it will be pretty late (I get off at 3am Pacific Time).
If not then I can't do anything until wednesday night because that is my next night off.

It's actually been a while since I've played the Battle mode, I wouldn't mind trying it again. Although the chance of us being put on the same team is pretty low. Unless you wanted to add my other license, which has barely over 5,000BR.

I was trying to get my score low enough that it would place me on your team. Also, sometimes I like to lose just so that guys can feel superior.
People these days are way too good at battle. My rating is leftover from way back in the day when everyone was terrible. I wouldn't be able to maintain it currently anyway.
