Miyamoto has made some of Nintendo's best selling series/best liked series like Mario, Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda,, Nintendos, Pikmin, etc. There is a reason Nintendo lets him make pretty much anything he wants.

I don't care about Q-Games anyway, I hated Star Fox Command. (http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/forums/index.php?topic=27074.0) New SF would be the beezneez though

You beat me to the post. How aweful is it to read this? Star Fox threw me for a loop in the SNES and 64 days. I was hoping so much for a brand new one sometime soon. Looks like nothing is even in the works.
Now I only have hope for another Donkey Kong, F-Zero, and Kid Iccurus. Jungle beat will be great but we basicly played that already.

We have a thread in General Gaming about this, apparently the guy who's sounding off didn't have an important role in the SNES Star Fox, wasn't involved at all with Star Fox 64 and is to blame for SF Command.

Sin and Punishment 2 is coming out probably this year.
I much rather have that franchise than Star Fox.
