He completely forgets at how the "new market" of gamers need time to be educated into how gaming works. It's nothing like McDonalds where you put food in your mouth and chew (skip the chewing if in a hurry).
If analysts get paid to make statements about nothing in particular and whip up drama, can i be one?

Funny read. I agree that he is missing the point. Plus Wii games aren't consistent. Some are amazing and others don't deserve to be used as toilet paper. I guess that's the same on any system, though Wii games that are bad tend to hog the spotlight. Plus a lot of people who don't know about food quality go to fancy restaurants.
Also, isn't it ironic that the system that is most geared to get you into shape with active movements and Wii Fit is compared to McDonalds which is considered one of the least healthy chain restaurants around?

This is nothing new, other than its coming from Patcher's lips. Sony has made the same comparison when the systems launched.
What Patcher doesn't get is that this comparison means that nothing of quality can come from the Wii while only the best comes from the PS3. Which history shows that the 360 is on par with the PS3 in most respects, even exceeds it in the online service area.

I'm sorry but Kororinpa and the Best Sonic Game are on Wii. Greatly exceeding PS3's fancy dining of Taco Bell. The PS3's best are only PS2's best, both beneath Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz.
