Title: Nintendo developed what?
Post by: mantidor on December 01, 2008, 10:39:34 PM
So I was surfing imdb and stumble upon this:

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093177/trivia (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093177/trivia)

"Nintendo developed a video game based on the film. It was planned as one of the first to feature the capacity to save a player's game and let the player return later to that point in the game. However, it was discovered that the Nintendo console could not correctly interpret the saved game codes, so production was scrapped."

So I guess is just wrong, but I just wanted to be sure, is this true? what the hell are they talking about anyway? wouldn't a Nintendo developed, Hellraiser game be simply awesome?

Nintendo wasn't developing it, it was Color Dreams. Sounds like some retard didn't do his research before hurfing up some inaccurate trivia on imdb!

*gasp!*  No!  That'd never happen on IMDB. ;)

The lament configuration was a contrived rubik cube anyway, a game about just solving it would be awesome, the remote would be ideal...

Ok, actually it wouldn't, last gen controllers would be perfect which is actually pretty surprising now that I think about it.
