She's not taking the picture as evidence, she's taking the picture as part of the kiddie pr0n which will later be found as evidence. Her intention was to capture the moment from a different angle than what we're seeing thru the first photographers eyes.

I've had that picture as the background of my phone since I've seen this thread. I don't think that will ever change.
Would that be since Nov.of 2008? I hope one of us can find a picture more subtly disturbing than that to replace it with by the time the 1 year mark rolls around
