Ubisoft recently announced that Funatics Software is working on a DS version of Tom Clancy's EndWar to be released on November 4. A version of the anticipated console strategy game, EndWar takes place during a fictitious World War III during which players control one of three factions in three interwoven single-player campaigns with over thirty missions.

Tom Clancy's EndWar also features two-player multiplayer with content designed specifically for multiplayer mode, in addition to a mission editor that can be used in single player and multiplayer mode. Regrettably, it will not feature the innovative voice commands that the console versions contain.

What, US, Europe and Russia but no China?

I'd probably care more if this wasn't branded "Tom Clancy's"...

I'd care more if they were doing full voice command for the DS, a platform where it should be totally feasible.

"Full voice command" just means you repeatedly scream the same things into the mic until the game either finally recognizes what you said or you lose the game, the latter being more common.
