It's worth noting however, this bitch just killed me the same way 3 times. Has not the skillz to try something new. har har
-You can turn around between every wrench swing so no spy could every feasibly sneak up on you to stab n' sap.
-If a spy saps something, wrench him to the face before saving your stuff. A lvl3 sentry will last 9 whole seconds before a sapper destroys it and the spy can reapply them faster than you can remove them and kill the sentry.
-You can put your dispenser in a corner, then stand on it and whack your sentry, meaning that the spy can't get behind you anyway.
-It's possible to build a sentry far enough away from your dispenser that you can just BARELY reach it with the wrench. This means you're less likely to be hit by explosive shots hitting your sentry and that spies who try to stab n' sap will wind up dying unless they get lucky and circle-strafe in the right direction.

While I would really like to play TF2, there's two reasons I haven't jumped on board yet.
1) It seems like voice chat is necessary to get the most out of team strategies, and I'm extremely opposed to the idea of voice chat. 2) There are too many other games I want to play but don't have the time for. My understanding is you have to be prepared to play TF2 a lot in order to get good at it, and I just don't have the time to do it right.

Translating...
1. I don't want you guys to find out that I sound like Herbert from "Family Guy". Mmmmmmmmmm...
2. I don't want to spend hours of Ty teabagging my corpse.
;)
But seriously, voice chat isn't necessary by any means, since the majority of players don't use it (although they should, IMHO), and while the game is tough at first, they have specific newbie-only servers where you'd probably do fine.
It's a great game and worth playing, especially at $20, and you can spend as much time as you want playing before playing against NWRers.

Yeah, do all this stuff. And don't forget, your crit rate goes up as you get more kills with your sentry. You can usually one-shot a spy with your wrench! Spycheck everybody!
