Title: PGC chat help

when i click on chat nothing comes up and there is a Circle, Square, And Triangle up in the top left hand corner. Can anyone help?

Anyone? I need help still, its expanding to other things. I tried mIRC-X site but theres no help and the big box on the site has the square circle and triangle there. Last time this happened i downloaded java plug in or something like that and everytime i opened the net java would start and everything would work fine, but it stopped opening and some things are loading.
|Edit| Oh yeah I did try re-downloading Java, It didn't work.
