Not at all. NZS was a Taito arcade jump&shoot, Toki Tori was originally done by Capcom and is a puzzle platformer. I wrote a review in the reader reviews section BTW (link for the lazy (http://www.nintendoworldreport.com/forums/index.php?topic=25080.0))

So they didnt change their name at all.
