Wow that is horrible, but I'm trying not to laugh. Oh wow. My mom would never tolerate me laughing at something like this.

Hmph I did some research between now and those two minutes. Apparently patients having seizures can choke to death on their tongue. I'm gonna pass on laughing for now.

I find it amusing that the AP Video advertisement to the side of the story keeps changing images at a rapid pace.

When I was but a wee lad, my mother was dating some guy that was liable to seizures. I did not know this. In fact, I did not know what a seizure was. One day we're all together at the library when all of the sudden my mom's boyfriend drops to the floor and starts flopping around like a fish.
I thought it was hilarious. I was a little kid and he was one of those guys who tries to gain favor with his girlfriend's kid by always being a goofball around him, so I just thought he was messing around. Then he started puking out of his nose and I stopped laughing and started crying.

One of my good friends died in his sleep cuz he had a seizure. It was his fault though he stopped taking his medication to get drunk with a bunch of idiots. Needless to say nobody drinks with those dumb $&$^s anymore.
But no, laughing at this doesn't make you bad, unless you were the one who did it... now that would be different.

that wasn't funny, you guys are messed up.
(actually i dont care, if someone told me they had this idea in a joking manner i would of laughed but thats not the case so i just found this mean spirited. you can laugh all you want)

I can't think of a good reason to do that.
Maybe the epilepsy forums didn't allow images, and they hacked that. Then again, all the would need is a seizure robots link. (http://www.seizurerobots.com/)

No hacking, they just never though of disabling .gifs and code in the forum software.
