this just seems like media orchestration, did this really happen? Or was it set-up for Free news advertisement.

They don't mention the other games the guy stole. But here's a plus: The news anchor refers to video games as art (sort of).

This situation only has entertainment value. It will not detract people to either buy or not buy this game.
