Don't complain about Nintendo, complain about the value of a dollar. If that ever starts moving back up you'll be singing a different tune.
Ahem. Please dont. I'm quite enjoying it here :P
I just bought $435 concert tickets. It's effectively half price!

Well I ended up making money this summer. About 2 g's worth. I encourage all of you to buy stock now, like me. It's at it's 52 week low (46 bills). With the new DSi, it'll jump up to at least 75 or even 80; effectively making 30 bucks a share.

Wow, kudos! At what point did it peak and you sell it off?

In June. I didn't hit the peak exactly but I sold it for 20 dollars on top of each share.
I hope to do the same. Hopefully I can get it at 30-35 dollars this time around.

Nintendo's at 40 bucks a share now!
You could literally make 40 on top of that (last year, Nintendo hit 78 bucks in Nov.). That's a 100% gain. Between my brother, mother, and I we are tossing Nintendo 6 g's!
Within weeks I could stand to make double that.
The DSi, WiiMusic, and AC are sure to be top sellers guaranteeing a high jump in stocks.

Trading on the stock exchange is no different to gambling, except that there are more cheaters on Wall Street than Las Vegas.

I was talking about my case specifically. It's not gambling when it's a given.
Look at Nintendo's stock chart and you'll see that every November is huge for them.
So yeah.....if you don't want to make money, then IT"S MO MONKEY PUSSY FOR ME!
lol

I tag along with my brother. I forget what stock broker he uses but it's online and it's cheap ($10 a transaction), and he can make transactions whenever he pleases.

Look at Nintendo's stock chart and you'll see that every November is huge for them.
Expected future earnings are already accounted for in current stock prices. The market doesn't react to happenings that are already forecasted (such as huge Q4 profits). It only reacts to unexpected occurrences (such as the Wii taking off 2 years ago).

That's why there's a jump every November?
Listen.......either way, as a former Nintendo stock owner, Nintendo's stock usually hovers around 70; so buying it at 40 is a bargain.

Yeah there are some great bargains out there, now is the time to invest wisely.

Nikkei and Jakarta crashed almost 10% today; the worst crash since the 1980's!
Nintendo and all other top market leaders (Toyota, Honda, Sony) may have massive layoffs! It's time to buy stock wisely. Toyota and Nintendo (top 2 leaders) are kinda sketchy right now, but if they rebound it'll have huge profit margins. I wouldn't be hasty though. I'm glad I didn't buy stock yet cuz these stocks could fall through the floor.
We won't know till later....

That's what I'm saying. It would be wise to see how far these stocks might drop though. So in my personal opinion, I would chill out on buying stock for the moment.

It makes sense though. The US is fucked up right now, and since we are Japan's biggest buyer, this crash was inevitable.

Nintendo is well capitalized and obviously continues to have great positive cash flow so yeah, most of this I believe is panic selling, with everyone unloading their positions to increase their own liquidity, i.e investment firms etc.
China and India's accession just got that much easier.
Not really as their accession are tied to US trade. China is set to implode when the US finally stops spending money on junk. India will do much better though as they are no where as reliant on the US on their growth.
Can't wait finally for the death of the American car industry and the end of their truly rubbish cars.
