Title: different unlockables for different people? spoiler

I checked gamefaqs to see what to do to unlock some things, and the characters iv been getting for doing certain things are different than the ones listed. Instead of getting snake for playing shadow moses, i got sonic, instead of getting toon link for beating classic i got falcon

Don't forget that you can unlock characters just by playing a set number of multi matches...

I don't think it's possible for you to get Sonic before Snake, unless you deliberately don't play Shadow Moses and play a ****-ton of every other stage.

I've unlocked Marth, Ness and Snake so far. (I think that is all I've unlocked.)
I used Meta Knight to unlock Snake by using his B button attack, it's a very good cheap move, especially when you go into sudden death mode. :P
I should clarify, I used Meta Knight in several matches in Shadow Moses and used his B button attack until I unlocked Snake's appearance. It took me several times of fighting him to get him to join.

I personally haven't had any anomalies yet. Although, I have 5 more to go.
Sorry, half are wrong. You don't get jigglypuff the way they say. I'm talking about what's in the codes and secrets section, not the boards.

Remember, you dont get Toon Link until you beat Classic mode with Link AFTER you beat SSE. Thats why you got Falco.

What's the rush to unlock everything right away? The game's not going to self-destruct next week. I'm content fiddling around how I please and always pleasantly surprised when I unlock something new.

Once I unlock the full roster I will probably take the same approach. For the time being though, I need to get 4 more characters and I can rest.
