if we can only add 64 people then we should set up the Ultra 64(or 30 something). I'm trying to leave out the aussies, beause i dont know how they connect to us, and since they dont have their copies yet...or at least pal versions.

EDIT: you mixed up my code ad Psychogamer's.

I wish there was a faster way to mass-add Friend Codes. Anyone know if a USB keyboard works with Smash? I'd consider buying one for this... I suppose it wouldn't be so bad if I had a printer *or* if my Computer Monitor wasn't also my TV screen...

Oh, a note, don't bother adding people's names. It gets overridden with that person's real name when it goes online to verify their Friend Code.

There doesn't need to be a post count limit. Spamming the boards doesn't make you Ultra (but it helps). WalkingTheCow makes the list in my book, and he doesn't even have 200 posts. But since he looks like Fred Savage, he's in.
Rule of thumb: If I don't know who you are, you didn't make the list.

I see Mr. Jack's list already has it, but my Matlock Hula-hoop is 4296-2669-2270. I live in Texas, and most of you seem to live on the coasts, but hopefully lag won't be a problem (it typically isn't when I play online games on my PC).
I may not appear online for Matlock matches until I finish the adventure and stop sucking so much.
Edit: By the way, for matchmaking purposes: I'm typically available for games after 6:00 (Central) on weekdays and most of Saturday, though I don't typically come here at those times.

I really don't even understand the logic behind it. Why limit the list at all? Why even use a separate friend code?
Oh thats right, it's Nintendo and logic does not apply.

I added everyone on the list as of a few hours ago. I'll add more when I get back into the game tomorrow probably. I tried to play a match with someone, but it kept giving me error code 86420. I could play with strangers (won the first match easily, felt confident, then lost to insurmountable lag twice in a row :(), and I could spectate, so I don't know if the problem was a terrible connection or what.

Since you claim to have always had problems, it's probably actually your connection. thanks that page looks like something new. i really dont think its my connection because i have been lucky enough to play a handful of of Strikers matches before and anything else i've ever done with wii's online features have worked well. i think im just unlucky. The Strikers matches i've played have been anywhere from a local stranger to people in mexico and canada (with no lag even) so i dont see why my connection for brawl would be any different (even if it did lag, i should still be able to connect right?)

I also didn't recognize C&Co whoever the hell. Good you actually inserted your proper nick.
Your taunts are awesome, "MEGATON FAP"
C&CO is Command and Conquor... So did it lag for you? I was like 1/4-1/2 a second lag :/ I should have inserted my nick sooner.

Yeah definitely felt the lag. As if I was drunk. laffo how many times did we run past each other? Outsmarting the lag in addition to outsmarting the opponent is tough.
It sucks no one else was really around for 4-player, then as Spartans we would've faced GLORIOUS LAG. And I would've saved the replays.

I have an etiquette question. The very few times I've seen anyone else online, I've been hesitant to join their games out of fear that they had already set up a match with someone through the forums, IM, email, or whatever, and I'd be an unwelcome interloper that they'd have to kick. I'm curious about whether you guys prefer to make arrangements in advance or just fight whoever happens to show up.

I fight whomever shows up. If I have plans, I won't let you in.
I also need to update my list. Don't be offended if I haven't added you yet.

Argh, I haven't played one stupid online match yet, and now I'm without Internet until Saturday. GRRRRR!
(So, I hope you guys have added me, as I will want to Smash some people come the weekend.)

Technically, they wouldn't have to kick you; they just wouldn't accept your request to play.
I say the more the merrier. I just tend to pop on and see who's playing. Worst case scenario, you'll offend someone and make an enemy for life.

I'm rarely on, but, as vudu said, there is really no consequence (save that mortal enemy thing) for trying so you might as well do so whenever the opportunity arises... just don't be offended if they don't accept.

I've never had an enemy for life before, so if there's a chance of getting a permanent outlet for all my hate and violence, it's definitely worth it. Thanks.

So yeah throwing my friend code out there, although I doubt playing online is much of an option for me at the moment, what with people two doors down experiencing lag.

I need to add a whole lot more people. I'll do it when my computer gets sent back to me from repairs. I'll pretty much add everyone on the list a make a post signifying I've done so. Two weeks or so after that, I'll probably remove anyone who has not added me back, but that's not now yet.

Sure, I'll add you, but I need to make a quick adjustment with a few things, it's not working. We're not synced up here. BRB ONLINE GUYS...
Err....I had some codes on that were messing things up, probably. No tripping, and stuff like that. Normally, for local play, it's not an issue, but online, it causes problems. Taken care of, we're back. Not hacks this time.

I promised thatguy that he would be a winner. Based on his presence here on the forum I actually thought that he would be a big skill meanieface, but I was wrong. However, I keep my promises. Plus I know it's humiliating to lose to a girl and I wouldn't want to subject him to that.
