He doesn't have the game. Notice how he doesn't show the game disc or his receipt. They've had those empty dummy cases at Gamestop for months. He could've easily stolen one. Fail.

If there's one thing I learned from capamerica is that you can get an empty box, take a picture of yourself and post it on the internet and say "I got X bitches!". Instant lulz.
The guy isn't Unclebob. I've only seen his Mii but it doesn't look anything like the guy in the pic.
