Title: The Tower SP is coming to the DS!

I've been a fan of the old PC game Sim Tower for a long time. A couple years ago they made a version of it for the GBA called The Tower SP. They did a good job of it, but the D Pad and buttons are not an ideal control mechanism for the game. I thought at the time that it would have been a lot better on the DS. 2 years later I'm finally getting my wish. The game will work great with touch controls, the second screen could work well with the vertical orientation of the tower. I hope they don't stop there, though, they had to limit the game in certain ways, presumably due to hardware limitations of the DS. I hope they allow for the full 100 floors of the PC game instead of the 50 in the GBA version. Also, the game needs more save files. It's coming to Japan in the summer, here's hoping we get it here soon after!

Played the hell out of it for a few months last year.  Never did manage to do the commercial building to whatever goal it is you need to have in it.

I'd pick it up.  I liked it a lot.  People complained about a lack of music and whatnot, but I found the ambient sounds oddly soothing, in an Animal Crossing sort of way.
