I am starting the interview process for a freaking sweet new job on Monday with a phone interview.  Everyone cross your fingers for me.

I don't really want to jinx it by telling you all what it is... but it's the coolest job I'll have ever interviewed for.

I was talking about McDonalds, really.  You jumped in and got in the way on that one.  Best of luck to you, I checked your various websites, and they don't mention it.

Yeah some businesses like to talk to you on the phone then screen out the dead weight, narrowing it down to those that come in and talk to them in person. Not sure what job it is, but sometimes there can be multiple interviews as you go through the process.

Well, firstly, it wasn't a preliminary interview.  As I was questioned by several people on the programming team there.

It was quite tough.  We'll see what happens.

I conduct phone interviews all the time, and believe me marking them is so boring.
