For those unfortunate enough to lack Photoshop, I would recommend highly The GNU Image Manipulation Program ('GIMP') or a trial of Photoshop. I shiver at the idea, but you may use Microsoft Paint if you must...
I recommend either Imageshack or Photobucket for hosting your images. I also beg you to remember to use a format other than .bmp...
