Title: What's the difference between Ruby and Sapphire?

I read the reviews here, and they read exactly the same. So, what are the *differences* between the two games?

i would assume the differences between ruby and sapphire would be approximately the same as the differences between the original red and blue games. which was simply that some different pokemon were only available in one version or the other. so you had to trade to get them all. probably the same town and story line, just different creatures.

Well also in Pokemon Ruby you fight against Team Magma, while in Pokemon Sapphire you fight against Team Auqa.

Do team aqua have different evil plans than magma? I have played uny but not saphire.

Team Aqua wants to flood the land for water pokemon. I haven't played Ruby but I guess they want to cover the land with lava?
