A bunch of other trademarks are under Camelot's name, including "We Love Tennis" and "We Love Baseball"...Looks like Golden Sun is gone forever... =\

Wii Golf controls like a dream but like the rest of Wii Sports is limited by its lack of options. Take those controls and put them in a game with multiple courses and characters and all the extra "gamer game" doodads one expects and you've got a winner. Camelot's experience will obviously help as well.

Probably because it's the most realistic and you suck at golf?

Yeah it's so realistic it doesn't register full swings correctly ::rolls eyes;:
The golf club motion messes up more times than not.

Once you realize that Wii Golf is based COMPLETELY using acceleration to guess the low point of your swing... it plays like buttah.

I agree, and i'm not that bad at real golf. Wii Golf felt like it belonged in Banana Blitz.
Once again they do the golf game before the tennis one... oh well, at least they are going to make both again. Doubt they'll be as fun without Mario though.

I often had Wii Golf detect pulling back to swing as a swing itself which seriously messed some people up.

I blame that on being left handed

That's because it's based on ACCELERATION. Meaning, if you just do your backswing real gentle like, it'll never get confused because there won't be any large acceleration event to confuxors it. Make your actual, TRUE swing the hard movement, be gentle in everything else. The Wiimote doesn't know which way you're facing. You could be facing away from the tv and play that way and it'd still pick it up.

That's why I think it controls like a dream. My Wii Golf game and real golf game are incredibly similar. ie: sh!tty

I rather they go back to using Mario characters for their sports games. There's so much charm in those games.

i hope this game finally brings great golf to the Wii. Tiger Woods was fun but not great and from what I hear, super swing golf is not very good.

Wonder what they'll do when this fails to sell more than 10,000 copies.

It'll sell millions in Japan. Records will be set. For the Wii, at least.

When set to righthanded it should ignore swings that go to the right since golf does not support backhands.

Looks like, similar to Super Swing Golf, there are some extra costumes to resemble various mascot characters.
I saw: -Jill Valentine -Chun-Li -Ryu -Sakura -Apollo Justice -Arthur (from Ghosts 'n Goblins) -Pearl (from Phoenix Wright)
The only golfer that they show in the trailer that they don't show a costume for is a young boy character, so my guess is that he'll have a secret Megaman costume.
