I seriously wonder if there's ever going to be one of those 'real' (i.e. less than 90% frivolous) lawsuits against the Wii, like with the XBox last generation and the cop that was killed by the kid who 'played too many games'.
Also, has Jack Thompson ever said anything explicit about Nintendo's consoles or games? Most of his vitriol is directed against GTA and Rockstar in general.

CONFIRMED: Nintendo to phase in thicker wrist straps, phase out all Internet connectivity, in an attempt to head off accusations of a health hazard. And because they hate 1337 H4RDC0R3 gamers.

Nintendo will take care of that by adding another "stand on the wii fit board in a clear space surrounded by pillows" warning message right after the Wii Wrist Strap message upon game bootup.
