Yeah, I made it I think a year ago for my website (the pic is also hosted from my website).
There was a discussion about how the world's ugliest dog had died and thus this monstrosity was shown. Since at the time Nintendogs was really popular I decided to make a perverse version of it with some other evil, ugly or pathetic looking dogs.
Consider it the Garbage Pail Kids of the Nintendogs universe.

That is one ugly dog, just not as ugly as the previous title holder.
Some of the other dogs in this years competition were pretty ugly too, but still not a ugly as the previous title holder.
